Comfortable beds, safe, convenient, good location as it is near the MRT station, most amenities are provided, the staff was really helpful throughout the stay.

The address given was not correct, had to wait for an hour for someone to escort us. Key collection address was wrong as well. Overall the room was not that spacious, towels are are small.

The address indicated in booking.com is not the place we were sent in. We were accomodated in 63號, Xining Rd, Wanhua District, Taipei City, Taiwan 108 which is different from the address indicated in the app. Its quite frustrating. We could not argue anymore since we arrived pretty late, exhausted, and most of all the owner could not speak english that well.

Simple apartment in a very convenient location

Host was very accomodating, when i called to say i couldn't work out how to go to the apartment they actually got someone to meet us there and took us there directly. Payment done online after as well. Apartment was simple (it's clean but old so may take a bit of getting used to but it is functional and great for a big group of people that just want somewhere to sleep - the apartment we stayed in could probably sleep 10 people) location is excellent, so many things to do and see just downstairs and very close from Ximen Station exit 6.

Bit of confusion about how to access the place, picking up the keys and payment was in a different location to the address published in booking.com and the booking confirmation did not mention it at all. Had to go into the app and look at the "Before your stay" to find the place that out. The place we stayed out was not the one in the photos (was older and more worn down). Not being able to flush "toilet paper" in an apartment took a bit of getting used to

Disappointing

Location is perfect as it's just 5 mins walk to the XiMenDing night market.

The unit assigned was not exactly the unit we booked. The person show me a unit which does not match as in the picture when we do the booking. Then we were brought to the other unit which is the one we stayed. At first it looks better than the first unit. As we load down out luggage, the cup are dirty, there are hanging towel in the wardrobe which are left by previous person who stays there. More importantly, as we stayed on for the next 4 nights, every night, there are cockroaches coming out and we have killed dozens of them every night! If you stay on the unit 7.59, please watch out!

It's in the center of Ximen town. It's very convenient to go to 101 and Jiufen. It's also very fast to Taoyuan airport. The bed is very comfortable. The room is clean and bright. The price is very favorable. It's very comfortable to live in. Next time I come to Taiwan, I will come again,

The worst place we ever live

We were waiting for an owner for 2 hrs and she did not appeared, she sent her employee that could not speak english and know not thing about the apartment. The owner is rude when we called her; moreover, the phone number was busy that we had to call her many times. I used public telephone to called her as we did not have Taiwan telephone number. When she picked up, she cannot speak english at all so we ask nearby people for help. The location is so complicated. It is not place on the location on the google map. The real location we need to find the owner first and then she will lead us there hut we waited for 2 hrs she did not appear. The toilet is so disgusting and small that cannot serve the number of people in the room where lived approx. 6-8 people. Lastly, thank you so much to the phone seller who help us call to the owner cuz. we don’t have Taiwan phone number, and he also wait with us for the whole time until the employee of the owner appear!! ไปพักที่อื่น!! We recommend you not to stay here.
